No, look into your channels.conf, which channels Permiere transmits on. 
For me it is 338, 346,354, 362, 370 and 378. Just try one after the other.

There is a patch in the director plugin which expostes the link channel 
list to make it possible for the director plugin to group those channels 
e.g. for "Bundesliga".
