cBitmap::Dirty isn't working

Hmm? OSD sometimes (usually) disappears on video stream change (e.g.
when aborting record playback back to recordings list), and only comes
back after a change in OSD (e.g. move cursor up/down in listing).

Would it be possible to send OSD e.g. every 1 second (behind
configuration option perhaps) even if it not changed, and would it help
in this case?

This may be a problem related to xine dxr3 output only.
