problem with xine-plugin

i am able to use the OSD - but i always get the 'no signal' message.
my channels.conf is taken from 
http://www.vdr-wiki.de/wiki/index.php/DVB-T_channels.conf fitting my 
region. could you please give me one more hint on how i can tune in and 
watch tv?
