 Hmm... it seems like unnecessary patch. I guess that

 is resolved by unique canonicalized directories where we search for
 the files.

   $ ./whereis -b ls
   ls: /usr/bin/ls

 (no more duplicate results like "ls: /bin/ls /usr/bin/ls").
