Hi, I implemented the original "highlight today" functionality. I hadn't noticed this TODO actually, but I'm wondering why you chose that interface. I.E. why the -v option? Would -h not be more appropriate? Even better would be to allow specifying the day in the same way cal already supports specifying the month and year.
