I cannot see a problem (on openSUSE 10.3-beta1):

stat64("/sbin/mount.nfs", 0xbfd7fd44)   = -1 ENOENT (No such file or directory)
mount("sor:/test", "/mnt/", "nfs"..., MS_MGC_VAL, NULL) = -1 EINVAL (Invalid argument)
