Coconino National Forest offices and heritage sites closed Thanksgiving Day

Flagstaff, Ariz., Nov. 21, 2016, For Immediate Release — All Coconino National Forest offices will be closed Thursday (Nov. 24) in observance of Thanksgiving.  Forest offices will resume regular business hours on Friday (Nov. 25).

            Palatki Heritage Site and V Bar V will be closed Thanksgiving day.  Honanki Heritage Site will be open on Thanksgiving until 1 p.m. and closed thereafter.

NOTE: Christmas tree permits have sold out at the Supervisor’s Office and Flagstaff Ranger Station locations. The Mogollon Rim Ranger Station currently has 40 permits as of this morning and will likely sell out by the end of the day. The Mogollon Rim Ranger Station can be reached at 928-477-2255.
