Airport Loop & Table Top Trail - temporarily closed due to plane crash

Sedona, AZ – Two Forest Service trails near the Sedona Airport are temporarily closed until further notice due to an airplane crash that occurred Thursday morning, July 26.  Trails temporarily closed include the Airport Loop Trail and the Table Top trail. The purpose of the closure is to ensure public safety and to allow for authorities to conduct crash investigation and cleanup activity surrounding the crash site.

We thank the public for their cooperation and compliance in avoiding these closed trails. These trails will be reopened once operations are complete.  Alternate trail information can be accessed on-line at www.redrockcountry.org or by visiting one of our Coconino National Forest offices.  Red Rock Ranger District can be reached by calling (928) 203-7500.
