WASHINGTON, July 21, 2023 – On Tuesday, July 25, Agriculture Deputy Secretary Xochitl Torres Small will travel to Charlottesville, Virginia. There, she will announce investments in Virginia and in rural and Tribal communities across the country to expand critical services and build stronger, more sustainable health care systems for the nation’s small towns and communities.
