WASHINGTON, D.C. August 22, 2022 – On August 24, U.S. Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack will deliver a speech to announce new programming and the availability of funding provided by Section 1006 of the American Rescue Plan, as amended by Section 22007 of the Inflation Reduction Act.
