Secretary Perdue to Hold Wyoming Virtual Shared Stewardship Event TOMORROW
Sec. Perdue and WY Gov. Gordon to Sign Shared Stewardship Agreement
(Washington, D.C., August 24, 2020) – U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue will join Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon, U.S. Senator Mike Enzi and Representative Liz Cheney for a virtual Shared Stewardship event TOMORROW, Tuesday, August 25th at 4:00 PM ET (2:00 PM MT). Secretary Perdue and Governor Gordon will be signing an agreement between the USDA Forest Service and the State of Wyoming focused on shared stewardship.

WHAT: Secretary Perdue and Governor Gordon will sign an agreement between the USDA Forest Service and the State of Wyoming focused on shared stewardship. The Shared Stewardship Agreement establishes a framework for federal and state agencies to promote active forest management, improve collaboration, and respond to ecological challenges and natural resource concerns in Wyoming.
