(Washington, D.C., July 31, 2020) – U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue will be in Nottingham, MD and Hatfield, PA on Tuesday, August 4th. The Secretary will visit Bowery Farming, an innovative, urban, indoor farm. The Secretary will then travel to Hatfield, PA to visit Clemens Food Group, a pork processing company partnering with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) to deliver Farmers to Families Food Boxes – USDA has distributed over 50 million food boxes in support of American farmers and families affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
