(Washington, D.C., October 30, 2019) – U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue will speak at the USDA Impact Expo TOMORROW, Thursday, October 31st. The USDA Impact Expo is an opportunity for USDA to celebrate the impact of its customer-focused IT modernization efforts. This event will underline the connection between modernization, customer experience, and USDA’s overall impact. The Expo will feature projects from the Office of Customer Experience, Office of the Chief Information Officer, Office of the Chief Financial Officer, and every USDA mission area showing how USDA is working together as One USDA to modernize to best serve its customers. The GSA Centers of Excellence (CoE) will also be present with featured remarks from Anil Cheriyan. The Impact Expo will feature 25 booths, each dedicated to a specific project demonstrating exemplary customer service and/or modernization efforts.
