WHAT: Secretary Perdue will receive a briefing from Major General Mark Toy, U.S. Army Corps of Engineer Commander and Division Engineer for the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division. Following the briefing, Secretary Perdue will join Major General Toy and Assistant Secretary of the Army for Civil Works Rickey Dale “R.D.” James on a tour of Melvin Price Locks and Dam Facility.
