Secretary Perdue in New York City TODAY and Tomorrow
(Washington, D.C., September 26, 2018) – U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue will be in New York City today and tomorrow, Thursday, September 27th. Secretary Perdue will ring the Closing Bell at the New York Stock Exchange, visit the Central Park Zoo, and participate in The Wall Street Journal Global Food Forum.
Secretary Perdue to ring the Closing Bell at the New York Stock Exchange
WHAT: Secretary Perdue will ring the Closing Bell at the New York Stock Exchange. He will be joined by farmers, ranchers, producers, and industry leaders he has met while travelling across the country as Secretary.

Secretary Perdue to visit the Central Park Zoo
WHAT: Secretary Perdue will visit the Central Park Zoo to meet with USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service employees and tour the zoo. Following the visit, Secretary Perdue will participate in a media availability.
