ADVISORY: Secretary Perdue to Commemorate USDA Farmers Market Opening TOMORROW
(Washington, D.C., May 3, 2018) – U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue will participate in the opening of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farmers Market located outside USDA headquarters TOMORROW, Friday, May 4th. The Secretary will briefly commemorate the market’s opening before visiting the booths setup by local farmers, ranchers, and small businesses.
