Agriculture Secretary Vilsack To Release New Report on Recovery Act’s Role in Creating Jobs and Economic Opportunity in Rural America

WASHINGTON, March 8, 2011 – TOMORROW, Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack will host a national media call to release a new report highlighting how rural residents and businesses are benefitting from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. 

The report, The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act: Working for Rural Communities features investments by federal departments and agencies that are laying a new foundation to revitalize rural economies, create jobs, and win the future for Americans living in rural areas.
