USDA’s 2011 Agricultural Outlook Forum

WASHINGTON, Feb. 22, 2011—During the Thursday session of the USDA 2011 Agriculture Outlook Forum for security reasons, no one, including press, may stand or leave their seats during the plenary sessions.  Press will be admitted to designated seating in the Arlington Ballroom entered through the Press entrance.  Admittance requires that you must have your press credentials and Forum Press badge obtained at either the pre-registration or onsite registration desks.  Two monitors in the Arlington Ballroom Foyer will broadcast the plenary live.  The Alexandria Room and McLean Room (Press room) will offer live audio of the plenary sessions for press overflow.  Twelve wireless connections will be available for press in the McLean Room only.  Online Press registration closes at 4 p.m. Feb. 23.
