Agriculture Deputy Secretary Merrigan to Deliver Keynote Address at Chicago Federal Reserve Bank Conference
WASHINGTON, Nov. 8, 2010 – TOMORROW, Agriculture Deputy Secretary Kathleen Merrigan will deliver the keynote address at the Intersection of Midwest Agriculture and Rural Development Conference hosted by the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. Merrigan will highlight the role that the Department of Agriculture has in rebuilding and revitalizing rural America by investing in education, nutrition, broadband, conservation, renewable energy and agriculture.
