WASHINGTON, September 22, 2010 – TOMORROW, Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack will highlight USDA’s commitment to rural regional innovation during his keynote address at the Brookings Institution event Regional Innovation Clusters: Advancing the Next Economy. The Secretary will discuss how regional economic development strategies will help create jobs and build sustainable, prosperous rural communities.
