We have a qemu-maltael_defconfig, which is generated by Kbuild by merging qemu-maltael_defconfig with a Kconfig fragment that switches to little endian. Let's make use of it, instead of depending on the runner kconfig_add key, which is only evaluated by emulate.pl.
