[PATCH v3 2/2] commands: test: add based support for bash-test style

Add bash-style test [[ expression ]] to support pattern matching like:

  - [[ "foo1" == "foo*" ]]
  - [[ "foo1" != "bar*" ]]

For more information see man 1 bash.
