Use PTR_* for various arithmetic operations on pointers, and also use PTR_LA instead of simple 'la' instruction, as it will correctly handle loading 64-bit addresses from non-32-bit-compatible virtual memory segments. This fixes "la used to load 64-bit address; recommend using dla instead" warnings when compiling assembly code with CONFIG_64BIT.
