[PATCH 16/21] ARM: i.MX: bbu: rename IMX_INTERNAL_FLAG_ERASE to IMX_BBU_FLAG_ERASE

Rename the flag to align it with the existing flags. Also move it to the
common i.MX bbu header to avoid possible overrides.
