[PATCH] usb: dwc3: Use clk_bulk_get_all()

The binding described three clocks, but not all SoCs actually provide
all three clocks. For example Xilinx Zynqmp doesn't have s suspend
clock. Use clk_bulk_get_all() to get all clocks that are actually
there.
