[PATCH 3/4] lib: remove duplicate __div64_32

f933da28cf3f ("include: <linux/math64.h>: sync with upstream") imported
the div64 code from Linux, which also defines __div64_32 as a weak
symbol. __div64_32 was defined before in a separate file though and used
from do_div. Remove this duplication.

No functional change.
