[PATCH 2/3] ARM: rdu2: don't reduce i2c frequency for eGalax touch

The electrical issues that caused the i2c bus to lock up at higher frequencies
has been tracked down and solved by a improved i2c pin configuration, so it's
no longer required to reduce the bus frequency.
