[PATCH 04/10] globalvar: Fix compiler warning

common/globalvar.c:393:7: warning: 'pname' may be used uninitialized in this function [-Wmaybe-uninitialized]

This is a false positive, pname cannot be uninitialized. Silence this
warning.
