Add module_raw input_evdev to cmake build

hi tuomo,

I've added a new module_raw input_evdev, disabled by default, to tslib's 
autotools build. It has a dependency on libevdev (HAVE_LIBEVDEV, ...), 
see the m4/internal/tslib_modules.m4 makro that checks for libevdev 
using pkgconf, if --enable-input-evdev is chosen.

Could you add that to the cmake build?
