While searching for mail that had been sent to me in the last day but I had not received, I discovered that my email provider's spam filters had "helpfully" moved 231 pieces of mail into its spam folder. (There was one actual piece of spam.) After downloading the mail, some of the pieces could not be opened (clicking on them has no effect). I quit kmail and restarted it, and some of the stuck ones were then openable, but I still have several that are stubborn. I suspect that I need to rebuild the indices of my mail folders. How do I do that?
