The last one is for spam classification (when you manually point the 
mail and click you know it is a spam, i.e. it is for learning). What 
is the spam handling rule?

One thing that came to my mind, that you could debug it faster 
probably -- disable those rules, or even delete them and then see how 
KMail behaves.
