The file types can be configured in the TCC (Trinity Control Center) Under Components >> File Associations (or whatever it is called in English) In fact many users prefer the rather complex configuration system of TDE, because it gives you a lot of flexibility. It seems there are two basic types of users. The one, that would rather install again (or create a new user) and start up clean. This type finds configuring those details boring. The other type invests time to configure the system and wants to keep it as long as possible (in my case ~20y). I think it is the best advantage to configure once and never touch it again. ____________________________________________________ tde-users mailing list -- users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send an email to users-leave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Web mail archive available at https://mail.trinitydesktop.org/mailman3/hyperkitty/list/users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
