I'm on devuan excalibur + TDE 14.2.X. 2 days ago there was an update that resulted twin to fail (no window decorations) and tsm not to load .xsessionrc. The issue was reolved some hour later after I did a new dist-upgrade - so yes, there was a hickup, but it's resolved already.
