But I am not sure if your issue is not perhaps deeper, and others may be better equipped to help you. Also, check the TDE keyboard tool (mine is kept in the systray); then do the same thing there. Choose those languages that you actually use. If it is a deeper issue, then I am not sure where to start looking.
