Hi

When running

However

git log --graph --all --decorate --color=always --pretty=short| git name-rev --stdin | less -R

Works as expected.

Any idea what is wrong in my setting (this happens in tcsh or bash
shell)

Hi Uwe,
this seems to be something related to "less" and escape sequences for the colors. I have exactly the same behavior here, both in Konsole and XTerm.
