	In fact, there is something in Appearance & Themes => Icons, Advanced tab, that looks
like it ought to work:
	A selection list shows

		Desktop/File Manager
		Toolbar
		Main Toolbar
		Small Icons
		Panel
		All Icons
		Panel Buttons
		System Tray Icons

but not Taskbar, and setting the effects for Default, Active or Disabled icons to No
Effect does not affect the icons in the Taskbar. :-(
