But moving Caja to the top of the list for inode/directory in the File Associations panel of TDE didn't have any effect on Firefox. Though I didn't attempt to restart TDE after this change to be honest, just Firefox. On the other hand, my change to "$HOME/.config/mimeapps.list" applied immediately to Firefox without restarting anything.
