This looks like a bad RAM chip (one bit 0x01 or 0x80 is always 0 on some cells) - or some suttle hardware glitch. Try upgrading TDE to testing ( deb http://mirror.ppa.trinitydesktop.org/trinity-testing ... ) - but this will most likely not solve the problem. Better move to daedalus (would be bookworm on debian) or instal the latest kernel/firmware with rpi-update. If you are lucky the problem will diappear.
