Icecat, but you either have to compile from source, or use a third-party deb 
installer (if you are running a Debian-type system). 

I did check out the deb; there is a checksum to verify its authenticity. And I 
install it using sudo torify dpkg, works just fine. 

But I would still avoid that WebRTC stuff. I don't hear good things about it 
except from the people pushing it.
