Well,in Debian the package is called kcontrol-autostart-trinity-.... but the folder in the repo source is called kcmautostart, hence me remembering that.
The TDE module is actually called autostart and you can invoke it with tdecmshell autostart from CLI. Sorry for the confusion. Cheers Michele
