It's a generic print dialog.  All that "All pages" means is "if the thing currently
displayed will occupy more than one sheet of paper, print as many sheets
as necessary".  It will not print the entire handbook.

Incidentally, you can preview what would be printed by selecting one of the
"Print to File" entries from the printer list.
