Yes, this is an addon for the Atlantic game that is part of tdegames.

You may notice that tdeaddon contains addons for various parts - for Kate, 
Kicker and Konqeuror, which are part of tdebase, for noatun, which is part 
of tdemultimedia, for Knewsticker, which is part of tdenetwork, as well as 
for Atlantik, which is part of tdegames.

Therefore, the tdeaddons metapackage refers to its modules, regardless of 
the fact that these addons apply to applications from many other core 
modules. Thus, the metapackage works exactly as these metapackages are 
designed.
