Your friend needs a change of life/work. No more be slave to the Man!

Anyway, they will eventually discover the change in OS, once employers 
recognize that first, something seems "different" but they cannot put their 
finger on it; and second (the red flag), productivity has increased 
dramatically. 

To increase productivity so sharply will make others look bad. This cannot be 
tolerated. 

Your friend would be well advised to scale back productivity to its usual low 
expectations. Spend most of the day goofing off instead, then about for about 
an hour or two, right before quitting time, actually do some work, so that 
your friend's output will seem normal and fit in with that of co-workers.
