I have a PR in progress to add LUKS support on R14.1.0 (actually already working on my local machine) but I have not yet completed that so it is not yet in the master branch. Regarding the KIOExec error, it sounds a bit unusual but there was a recent change in TDE file that perhaps may be related to that. Can you see anything related to the in the xsession error file? Any screenshot that may help that you can send through?
