To be honest, my biggest thing against systemD is I have better things to do with my time than learn it and deal with it's issues. I didn't like pusleaudio and saw no reason for it and it concerns me how much feature creep systemD has. I don't do IT work for a living anymore and just want to make use of my systems the way I want that works for me the best. There are still many people using MacOS 9 on old PPC hardware or Amigas, or pick your system. I used to support a business that ran a 30 year old DOS program. I gave the guy a dozen P3 Dells about 10 years ago and he paid me to upgrade his old P2 stuff with them. Then I upgraded his server from NT4 SP6 to Win2k on a Dual 1.4Ghz P3 server. It was a hell of a speed boost for his network. But he didn't connect anything to the internet so his thing was why pay thousands to "upgrade" when the program he bought did everything he needed. Standardizing on a bunch of identical Dells made my support easier for me. > Just answer the question, which is PCLOS Big Daddy build by Alistair Izzard. > Not perfect but I can get everything I need done. It amazes my how people will ignore what you asked to try to convince you that you are wrong. > For the record.... > 1974 Chevy Nova Coupe Hatchback RS > Thinkpad T60 with a WD SSD nice. I have an 84 Olds Cutlass Supreme. And a 455 Olds sitting on the engine stand waiting to be rebuilt. That's one of the things I would rather spend my time on instead of learning something I don't need to know. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: trinity-users-unsubscribe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx For additional commands, e-mail: trinity-users-help@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Read list messages on the web archive: http://trinity-users.pearsoncomputing.net/ Please remember not to top-post: http://trinity.pearsoncomputing.net/mailing_lists/#top-posting
