Hi Baron,

I have read about some appearances of a bug causing systemd slowing down
shutdown/reboot on debian-user and/or debian-devel, if that is what you
mean.

As I don't use systemd I deleted those mails and can't give you a
reference, unfortunately. You can try to search the web for "systemd
timeout shutdown" or similar. Maybe this could help:
