It is in my office menus, FWIW, even though I almost never run programs except 
my alt-F2 or command-line. (Actually, I find that KPDF occurs in my menus no 
less than 3 times, maybe more that I haven't found.) In any case, I believe 
that you can insert any item, including kpdf, into your menu manually, using 
TDE Menu Editor: alt-F1, then right-click on office and edit menu.
