Nothing, no upgrade before the above message.

I saw via google this information :
Delete files in this directory (folder) :
~/.local/share/mime/packages/
and type :
update-mime-database ~/.local/share/mime

Now, the message has disappeared.

The directory "~/.local/share/mime/packages/" contained files .xml extension
After reboot, it remains empty and no error message.
