Package naming conventions are distro-specific, so that information is
irrelevant to the majority of people visiting that page.  It may belong on a
distro-specific page on the wiki, though.

For instance, if the trinity version of kdiff3 were actually packaged for
my distro, it would be trinity-apps/kdiff3 or trinity-misc/kdiff3, because
that's just how Gentoo does things.  The RPM-based distros probably
have a different convention again, as would Arch and Slackware.
