Hello,

Supposing you're installing Devuan 2, you must use the instructions for Debian
Stretch - which means the prelimirnary stable builds.

If you just don't want systemd, you can try AntiX 17, with teh same
requirements to install Trinity.

sudo apt-get install dirmngr

then

add:
deb http://mirror.ppa.trinitydesktop.org/trinity-sb stretch deps-r14 main-r14

deb-src http://mirror.ppa.trinitydesktop.org/trinity-sb stretch deps-r14
main-r14

then

sudo apt-key adv --keyserver pool.sks-keyservers.net --recv-key A04BE668

then

sudo apt-get update
sudo aptitude install tde-trinity
